Registration and Accommodation

Registration Fees (including accommodation)

Early registration (before February 1^st 2012)
Regular registration: £600 (including food and accommodation!)
Student registration: £550 (including food and accommodation!)

Registration (after February 1^st 2012)
Regular registration: £650 (including food and accommodation!)
Student registration: £600 (including food and accommodation!)

Registration fee includes:

Attendance at the conference
Conference materials, programs etc
Refreshments during the conference
Receptions and banquet
Lunch and dinner
Excursion to Windsor and dinner at the House on the Bridge Riverside Restaurant
Accommodation on site at the Royal Holloway, 3 nights (16-18^th). Note that additional nights, before and after, can be booked but at an additional cost.

The conference will be limited to 120 participants and spaces will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Abstracts

Abstracts will be considered for either an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts must be submitted directly to Simon Cutting and should be made at the time of registration. Instructions for preparation of abstracts are given here.

Please remember to indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation format. Posters (100cm h X 70cm w) will be displayed throughout the conference.

The Organising Committee will take the final decision on the acceptance and form of the presentation.

Notifications regarding the acceptance of abstracts will be sent by email to the corresponding author. If the abstract's author does not receive notification of his abstract's status, please contact Simon Cutting, by clicking here.

Abstracts will be printed in the Proceedings Book of the Congress only if the author has paid the registration fee. Failure to register will result in abstract withdrawal.

Withdrawals of abstracts must be received in writing before March 15^th, 2012. Abstracts may not be withdrawn after this day.

Accommodation

All accommodation will be on site at the Royal Holloway campus and within a short walking distance of the meeting rooms. All rooms will have en suite shower/WC and WiFi.
